Nail Polishes Used By Celebrities

Some of the best known male artists are launching their own ranges and pushing boundaries. Let’s look at some of the nail polishes used by celebrities.

Harry Styles

Harry Styles owns the red carpet with his own brand of confidence and fashion savviness. From feather boas to sheer blouses and everything in between, he can pull it off. His outfit of choice is always topped off with a manicure too. Apparently, Mint Candy Apple by Essie is one of his favourite nail polish shades. He’s not afraid of nail art and sporting a bright pink mani either!

The former One Direction star and style icon has just launched his own beauty range called Pleasing. Part of the range are nail polish collections, starting at $65 per set!

Nail polishes used by celebrities are often expensive. Don’t have a spare $65? You can get all similar colours to those in Harry Styles’ The Shroom Bloom set for a fraction of the price. Here’s how.

The Shroom Bloom Set Shades:

Sprouting (a pale green)   Our dupe: CND Vinylux Mint Convertible

Tender Bud (A mushroom beige)   Our dupe: CND Vinylux in Unmasked

Vine Ripe (vibrant red)   Mo You Premium Nail Polish in Red Lorry

The Whole Dewniverse (sheer shimmer)   Silcare shimmer nymph nail glitter

Tyler the Creator

The rapper is a fan of decorating his nails and doesn’t shy away from nail art and even glitter. This is not new in the rap world. Believe it or not, Snoop Dogg was a nail art devotee! However, Tyler the Creator has just launched his own nail polish collection too.

He already has a fashion and lifestyle brand called Golf Le Fleur and he’s added three nail polish colours to it so far.

As ever with nail polishes used by celebrities, they aren’t cheap at $20 per polish. The first three shades released are Georgia Peach, Geneva Blue, and Glitter.

In the Nicely Polished range, we have an ultra-pretty Geneva Blue dupe. Try OPI Infinite Shine in Mexico City Move Mint.

Machine Gun Kelly

Last in our roundup of nail polishes used by celebrities is Machine Gun Kelly. As well as being Megan Fox’s other half, MGK is known for his daring fashion choices and manicures. From evil eye nail art to long acrylic nails, he has sported it all.

Now the star has gone a step further and launched his own nail polish range UN/DN LAQR. The range includes everything from bright pinks to blacks in high gloss and matte finishes.

MGK famously sported a cute pink cheetah nail art mani in a photo shoot. You can achieve the look with items from our range.

For the base: OPI Nail Lacquer in Pink Ladies Rule the School

For the animal print design: CND Vinylux in Black-Pool
